Daura. Full-flavoured beer
The Damm Master Brewers and the Gluten Department of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) were pioneers in developing a full-flavoured gluten-free beer suitable for coeliacs. Daura tastes like everyday beer, because it is made with the same main ingredient: malt.

Daura
The Daura logo was inspired by the breaking down of the gluten molecular chain.
The crossed-grain logo is the international symbol for gluten-free products. This symbol is included on the label, as well as the licence code granted in Spain by FACE (Spanish Federation of Coeliacs’ Associations) and internationally by COELIACS UK, guaranteeing the product is suitable for coeliacs.

<3PPM
Our < 3 ppm guarantee: all batches of Daura are analysed and certified by the CSIC before distribution to ensure that the gluten content is always below 3 parts per million (ppm)*

* The Codex Alimentarius considers a product with less than 20 ppm suitable for coeliacs.

Daura in the world
Daura is an international success in over 45 countries. In all these countries, the brand works closely with local coeliacs’ associations.

Tasting notes
Daura is a golden colour with shades of amber and slight hints of green. It is clean and sparkling. The head is cream-coloured and long lasting. The abundant bubbles are delicate and lively. The generous aroma is of fresh spices.
The flavours of toasted grains add to the beer’s personality. The mouthfeel is smooth, thanks to the fine bubbles.
Daura is a fresh-tasting beer, with a lively acidity. The finish is bitter, as it should be in beer, and long lasting.
