The FDA mandates that anything noted as gluten free cannot have wheat, rye or barley. We brew all Daura beers with the traditional beer ingredients and gluten is removed by enzymatic hydrolysis.

So, even though we take quality and consistency very seriously when it comes to our products and meet the “gluten free” threshold as designated by the FDA — because of our ingredients we are classified as “crafted to remove gluten”.
