Terms and conditions of the promotion:

- Each voucher will be valid for 1 adult one-day admission to PortAventura Park or combined admission to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land. Access to any other PortAventura World park or facility is not included.
- You can participate uploading your voucher until December 31st, 2022. The voucher can be redeemed until January 8th, 2023.
- You must select before participating if the discount is for PortAventura Park or for the combined ticket to PortAventura Park+ Ferrari Land.
- Only the person who enters the vouchers and whose ID card appears on them can redeem the PortAventura World tickets directly from the ticket office
- To redeem tickets online you must follow the instructions below:
- Go to the ticket purchase on the website www.portaventuraworld.com
- Choose one-day adult ticket for PortAventura Park or PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- Enter the unique code we have provided you.
- Follow the instructions. The discount will be applied at the end of the purchase.
- Access directly to the park with your ticket without going through the ticket office.
- This code will only be valid once.
- The total number of discount vouchers will be limited to a maximum of 4 per person during the promotion.
- The vouchers, once generated, cannot be accumulated among themselves and their amount cannot be extended.
- Not exchangeable for their economic value. Not for sale.
- Promotion valid for people over 18 years old.
- The territorial scope of the promotion will be the national territory and the Principality of Andorra.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "DAMM-PORT AVENTURA" PROMOTION

1. ORGANISER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

S.A. DAMM, with registered premises at c/ Rosselló, 515, holder of Tax ID No. A08000820, is organising a promotion called” DAMM – PORT AVENTURA" (hereinafter, the PROMOTION), with the aim to offer an incentive for the consumption and diffusion of products marketed under the “ESTRELLA DAMM”, “VOLL DAMM”, “BOCK DAMM”, “FREE DAMM”, “DAMM LEMON”, “MALQUERIDA”, “INEDIT”, “AK DAMM”,”COMPLOT”, “XIBECA”, “DAURA” brands, owned and registered by S.A. DAMM. This promotion will be subject to the following Legal Terms and Conditions.

2.- TIME SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The present promotion will begin and will be announced at the point of sale on September 15, 2022 and will end on December 31, 2022.

No applications for participation will be accepted after the aforementioned end date.

3.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The territorial scope of this promotion will be Catalonia, Aragon and the province of Castellón.

4.- PERSONS ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

The promotion is aimed at consumers of the following brands of beers “ESTRELLA DAMM”, “VOLL DAMM”, “BOCK DAMM”, “FREE DAMM”, “DAMM LEMON”, “MALQUERIDA”, “INEDIT”, “AK DAMM”,” COMPLOT”, “XIBECA”, “DAURA”.

Any employee of S.A. DAMM and/or distributors or family members, as well as any other person directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of the PROMOTION, are expressly excluded from this PROMOTION.

The participations that do not comply with the present requirements or any of them, will be automatically discarded.

5.- MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The mechanics of this promotion is as follows:

Consumers participating in this promotion from September 15, 2022 must purchase a minimum of 5€ in a single purchase ticket of products of the brands "ESTRELLA DAMM", "VOLL DAMM", "BOCK DAMM", "FREE DAMM", "DAMM LEMON", "MALQUERIDA", "INEDIT", "AK DAMM"," COMPLOT", "XIBECA", "DAURA".

The consumer must register on the website www.damm.com/portaventura and from September 15, 2022 will be able to upload their purchase receipt to get a 20€ discount voucher to be redeemed online through the website www.portaventuraworld.com or at the PortAventura Park ticket offices. You can participate by uploading your voucher until December 31, 2022 and you will be able to redeem the discount until January 8, 2023. The discount will only be valid for 1 adult day ticket to PortAventura Park or for the combined ticket to PortAventura Park+Ferrari Land (does not allow access to any other PortAventura World park or facility). Promotion cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions.

A maximum of 4 discount vouchers per ID card can be obtained, provided that each participation corresponds to a different purchase ticket for a value of 5€ in the brands "ESTRELLA DAMM", "VOLL DAMM", "BOCK DAMM", "FREE DAMM", "DAMM LEMON", "MALQUERIDA", "INEDIT", "AK DAMM", "COMPLOT", "XIBECA", "DAURA", "DAMM LEMON", "MALQUERIDA", "INEDIT", "AK DAMM", "COMPLOT", "XIBECA", "DAURA" In the event that the brand description does not appear on the sales receipt, an image of the product must be attached to the sales receipt.
The "Discount Voucher" will be sent as an e-mail body to the registered e-mail address. Two codes will be sent in the same email, a QR code in case you want to redeem the discount at the box office and an alphanumeric code to redeem the discount on the purchase of tickets online.
To redeem the discount online, the following steps must be followed:
a. Go to the ticket purchase on the website: www.portaventuraworld.com
b. Choose the 1-day ticket to Portaventura Park or the combined ticket to Port Aventura Park + Ferrari Land.
c. Enter the unique code provided
d. Follow the instructions and the discount on the pvp will be applied at the end of the purchase.
e. The discount code will only be valid once and each code is valid for the purchase of 1 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park or for the combined 1-day ticket to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
The purchase process does not allow you to enter several codes at the same time, only one code per purchase for 1 1 day ticket to PortAventura Park or for the combined 1 day ticket to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
To redeem the discount at the ticket office, you must hand in the printed e-mail or show it on the mobile phone screen at the Port Aventura World ticket office, the same day of purchase of the "Adult 1 day ticket along with the ID card with which you have registered on the website.
Discount valid for access until January 8, 2023 according to the calendar and opening hours of PortAventura Park. More information at www.portaventuraworld.com.
Broken, photocopied or rectified vouchers will not be accepted, nor can discounts be accumulated with other offers or promotions. The sale of discounts is prohibited and they will not be redeemable for their economic value.

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to exclude from the present promotion any registered person acting in bad faith or who is found to have manipulated the codes or any other mechanics of the present promotion.

The information to the participants in the present promotion is contained in the promotional design of the different promotional formats.

6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Through the promotional mechanics described, and in compliance with the applicable regulations, it is reported that the data of the participants of the promotion will be processed by SA DAMM in order to manage the promotion and assign the prizes to the corresponding winners of the same.

Likewise, by filling in the promotion form, the participant gives his/her express consent to the processing of his/her personal data in order to manage, attend and provide the services requested in accordance with the information provided at the time of registration in the promotion in terms of purpose, legitimacy and recipients of the data.
The fields marked with an asterisk in the aforementioned form are strictly necessary in order to participate in the promotion.

7.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to cancel this PROMOTION or suspend it, or change some of its conditions if for technical or any other reasons beyond its control it cannot comply with the normal development of the same, as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

Likewise, S.A. DAMM may declare this PROMOTION null and void if it detects irregularities in the user's identification data.

S.A. DAMM is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the user.

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to justifiably eliminate any user who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this PROMOTION.

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTIONAL SUBMISSION

S.A. DAMM promotions are governed by the laws in force in Spain.

For any controversy that may arise in the interpretation and application of these rules, both S.A. DAMM and the participants in this PROMOTION submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals.

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.

10.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

The possible participant is informed that the simple fact of taking part in the PROMOTION implies the total acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any manifestation to the contrary on the part of the participant will imply his/her exclusion from the PROMOTION and S.A. DAMM will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with the participant.

The terms and conditions of this PROMOTION are deposited before the Notary of the Official College of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marín Sánchez, calle Diputació, 268, entlo, and are freely available to consumers.
