TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION "VOLL-DAMM HOODIE BY GODS BRAND"
1.- ORGANISER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
S.A. DAMM, with registered office at c/ Rosello, 515, holder of tax identification number A08000820, organises a promotion called "VOLL-DAMM HOODIE BY GODS BRAND" (hereinafter, the "PROMOTION"), with the purpose of encouraging responsible consumption and promoting the dissemination of products marketed under the "VOLL-DAMM" brand, owned and registered by S.A. DAMM. The following Terms and Conditions shall govern the aforementioned promotion.
2.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
The PROMOTION is addressed to end consumers who purchase 25 neck labels from 20 cl and 33 cl Voll-Damm bottles in participating hospitality establishments.
Persons over 18 years of age residing within Spanish territory (excluding the Canary Islands) may participate in the PROMOTION.
Employees of S.A. DAMM, distributors, relatives and any persons directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of the PROMOTION are expressly excluded.
Entries that do not meet the established requirements, or any of them, shall be automatically discarded, even if they are selected as winners.
3.- DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The PROMOTION shall commence on 15 APRIL 2026 and shall end on 14 September 2026, both days inclusive. Entries submitted after the aforementioned end date shall not be accepted.
4.- PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PRIZES
End consumers must redeem 25 codes on the website www.damm.com/volldammpromo. Each of these codes is located on the neck label of 20 cl and 33 cl beer bottles of the VOLL-DAMM brand sold from 15 April 2026 onwards, within the applicable territorial scope.
The first 10,000 end consumers to redeem the 25 codes shall be entitled to receive a limited edition VOLL-DAMM hoodie designed by GODS BRAND, of which 4,000 units are size S/M and 6,000 units are size L/XL, each valued at 75 euros.
From end consumer number 10,001 onwards (including end consumer number 10,001), those persons who redeem 25 codes on the website www.damm.com/volldammpromo within the promotional period established in clause 2 shall enter a draw for 4,000 hoodies size S-M and 6,000 hoodies size L-XL.
This draw shall take place on 16 September 2026 before the Notary of the Illustrious Official College of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marin Sanchez, with office at Diputacio Street, 268, entlo, Barcelona.
Winners through the direct channel who are unable to receive the hoodie in the chosen size due to exhausted stock may choose between selecting an alternative size or waiving the prize and entering the draw to be held on 16 September 2026 before a Notary, with the possibility of being awarded the hoodie in the chosen size.
During the code redemption procedure on the promotional website www.damm.com/volldammpromo, end consumers will be requested, solely for purposes related to this promotion, to provide the following data:
Contact email address
First and last name
Address, province and postal code
Date of birth
Contact telephone number
Hoodie size
Once the winners have been selected, they will be contacted from 21 September until 30 September 2026 via the email address provided during registration for the promotion. Should the prize not be claimed, S.A. DAMM reserves the right to obtain additional winners or to declare the prize void and dispose of it as it deems appropriate. Each registered participant shall be entitled to be awarded a maximum of three hoodies, whether obtained through the direct channel or through the draw.
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to request the 25 original promotional neck labels entered at the time of registration. In the event that they have been manipulated, are photocopies or have been lost, or that the neck label number has been used to participate in other promotions carried out by S.A. DAMM at the same time as the present promotion, or if any of the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions are not met, the user shall not be entitled to the prize.
The delivery of the prize shall be carried out through a single delivery attempt via the courier company designated by S.A. DAMM, using the data provided by the winner. In the event that delivery cannot be completed for reasons not attributable to S.A. DAMM (such as absence of the addressee, inability to make contact or incorrect address), the prize shall be returned to the sender.
In such case, the winner shall be responsible for collecting the prize in person at the location indicated by S.A. DAMM, within the period communicated. If, once this period has elapsed, the prize has not been collected, it shall be deemed forfeited, with no obligation to make a new delivery or provide any compensation.
6.- LIABILITY
S.A. DAMM shall not be liable for incidents caused by computer system failures, force majeure or any other event beyond its control. Nor shall it be liable for the impossibility of registering any user due to errors in the capture of personal data.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Through the promotional mechanics described, and in compliance with the applicable regulations, participants are informed that their personal data will be processed by S.A. DAMM for the purpose of managing the promotion and assigning the prizes to the corresponding winners.
Likewise, by completing the promotional form, the participant gives his or her express consent for the processing of personal data in order to manage, attend to and provide the requested services, in accordance with the information provided at the time of registration regarding purpose, legal basis and data recipients.
Fields marked with an asterisk in the aforementioned form are strictly necessary in order to participate in the promotion.

9.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the PROMOTION for technical reasons or reasons beyond its control. It may also declare the PROMOTION null and void in the event of detecting irregularities in participant data.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The promotion is governed by the legislation in force in Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals. S.A. DAMM reserves the right to initiate legal action against acts of manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.
11.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any statement to the contrary shall entail the exclusion of the participant from the PROMOTION, releasing S.A. DAMM from its obligations.
The Terms and Conditions are deposited before the Notary of the Illustrious Official College of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marin Sanchez, with office at Diputacio Street, 268, entlo, Barcelona, and are available in the Abaco Register (Notarial Archive of Competition Rules).
